• Honest review - if I could give 100 stars I would! Everything from the service, the care, the treatment was absolutely luxurious. I loved every single moment of my treatment at the rustic sun. I got my nails perfected by Ayu who has done the most amazing job I’ve ever seen. I don’t know how I’m ever going to love my nails as much after she’s done them! I also got a Java cream bath and the massage was better than getting an actual shoulder massage at a parlour and my hair feels and looks absolutely beautiful even in the Bali heat and humidity. • Amazing! my technician was so sweet, fast and efficient. She did an amazing job on my pedicure. I tipped her extra because she was so good. I asked her to file my nails a little bit more than she had done and she was so kind and did it with a smile.Other places would make you feel bad for asking for what you want. Like calling you by your name, giving you a nice welcome drink, playing soft, beautiful songs and having a very happy vibe. But mainly: they are just really good. I had a great haircut and my nails were done finally good! I've been in 4 different places, and this is the first place where they really take care and make strong, beautiful nails. • I had the ulu complete hair treatment, eyelash lift and tint and eyebrow wax and tint. My hair feels absolutely amazing! The lady was so gentle and even massaged my neck and shoulders. The lady did an amazing job with my eyebrows and eyelashes, I often feel quite dissatisfied when I get them done in new places but I’ve never been so happy. The place was super clean and beautifully decorated, all the staff were really sweet and they even offer a complimentary drink. 10/10 experience, I would come here regularly if I wasn’t just on holiday here! • Our first time here and the service was exceptional. Brought my kids and the staff were very friendly and made them feel comfortable. Love the hair styling by Fernando. He asked for my preference and delivered! Yulia on the other hand was attending to my daughter and she did an amazing job too. Shoutout to Ayu for being so helpful and attentive to our family.Not only the three of them were friendly, they even share with us places to eat and child friendly places to bring our kids in Bali.
